Mojacar is a charming Andalusian-style town with narrow streets and whitewashed houses located on top of a mountain in the end of “Sierra Cabrera mountains”, Almería. Mojacar is also known, in addition to its old town, because of its more than 17 km of coastline with a multitude of pristine and urban beaches where Mojácar Playa extends, with hotels, restaurants, golf courses and residential areas with low density and limited height for preserve the charm and aesthetics of the area.
“El Palmeral” of Mojácar is one of the first and most exclusive residential areas of Mojácar made up of a multitude of independent villas and urbanizations. The tranquility of this residential area contrasts with other bustling areas of the town, being able to enjoy your rest time in absolute tranquility, but close enough to all kinds of services to avoid having to depend on your own vehicle. Its excellent location within the Mojácar beach allows you to enjoy magnificent beaches such as “La Rumina” or “El Descargagador”.
