I want to sell my property, what do I need?

To sell your home with ZAR 2010 you must provide the title deeds of the property you wish to sell together with the Energy Efficiency Certificate (if applicable), the ID’s of each and every one of the property owners, the last IBI tax receipt and sign (by all owners) a sales order that authorizes ZAR 2010 to market it.

With exclusive or without exclusive?

In ZAR 2010 we work mainly without exclusive. This means that you are free to sell the property on your own or put it for sale at other real estate agencies. The only commitment that you will have with us, in the event that you sell the house without the intervention of ZAR 2010, will be to notify us of the sale in order to take out the house of the market.

When should I pay the agency fees?

ZAR 2010 will request payment of the fees agreed with the seller once the sale of the property is completed at the notary. Never before. ZAR 2010 will not request payment, in whole or in part, of the agreed fees until once the sale is finalized and possession of the property is handed over to its new owners.

What is Post Sales Management?

The services of ZAR 2010, for the buyer and the seller, end once the transfer of the property is completed at the notary. Despite this, we offer a comprehensive post-sale service (not included in our basic services) so that the buyer does not have to worry about anything. These services include management tasks such as entry and collection of documents at the notary and registry, payment of ITP tax, VAT and AJD, changes in ownership and direct debit of electricity, water and garbage collection services.

No. ZAR 2010 includes the professional photographic reporting service within its basic property sale service, with ZAR 2010 being the sole owner of their copyrights, reserving the right not to provide copies of the images taken to the client.
