Three decades in the same street means something very simple for you: you know where to find us before you sign, on the day you sign and years afterwards. We have watched Vera Playa, Mojácar and Garrucha harbour grow, and that memory is part of what we offer.

Before setting a price we prepare a valuation report on your home: land-registry details, location, comparable homes from our own records and from the market, and a reasoned asking price. We would rather tell you a realistic figure than promise one that never arrives, and we won’t give you a selling deadline we can’t keep. Every viewing is booked in the name of the person who makes it, and you are told before each one.

As a buyer you pay no agency fee. Before you hand over a deposit we check the land-registry extract (nota simple) and whether the property carries any charges. Purchase costs — taxes, notary, registry — we explain in person, with real figures, never with an automatic reply. We don’t offer mortgages: our advice is to start with your own bank, which already knows you. And on signing day we come with you to the notary.

Straight talking
If a property has a problem, we tell you before you find it yourself. If there is something we don’t do — mortgages, NIE, bank accounts — we say so on day one.
The buyer pays no fee
In writing, on every sheet in our shop window. You pay the price of the home and the purchase costs, nothing else to us.
Paperwork checked
Land-registry extract and charges reviewed before you pay a deposit. And we go with you to the notary.
Costs explained in person
Taxes, notary and registry worked out for your case, face to face or on the phone. Never a generic table.
Your home, protected
We don’t publish the exact address of your property. Intermediaries we don’t know must prove who they are before we share anything.
