“El Palmeral” of Mojácar is one of the first and most exclusive residential areas of Mojácar made up of a multitude of independent villas and urbanizations. The tranquility of this residential area contrasts with other bustling areas of the town, being able to enjoy your rest time in absolute tranquility, but close enough to all kinds of services to avoid having to depend on your own vehicle. Its excellent location within the Mojácar beach allows you to enjoy magnificent beaches such as “La Rumina” or “El Descargagador”. Many services such as restaurants, hardware stores, fishmongers, butchers etc surround the entire area and in 10-15 minutes walking you can reach the Mojácar Shopping Center where there is a complete offer of services and leisure such as restaurants, supermarkets, shops, medical centers, school etc. ..

For Golf lovers, within walking distance we find “Marina de la Torre Golf”, an 18-hole course with spectacular sea views, and about a 15-minute drive from Golf Valle del Este, Golf Desert Springs, Golf Macenas or Golf Cortijo Grande.
