About Mojácar

It is an ideal location for those who want to enjoy the tranquility of a residential environment, but also want to be close to the beach and the tourist attractions of Mojácar.
  • Parque Comercial. Formerly known as “El cruce” for being the intersection that leads to the historic center of the town at the top of the mountain. It is one of the most coveted areas of Mojácar beach due to its fantastic location, surrounded by two shopping centers and a business center, easy communication and access to services such as a medical center, secondary school, public transport, etc.
  • El Cantal. This area of Mojácar is characterized by its extensive beach of fine golden sand, crystal clear waters and a gentle slope, which makes it ideal for swimming and sunbathing. In addition, it has a wide range of services, the nerve center of leisure on Mojácar beach, known for its “famous” beach bars that offer a vast gastronomic and cultural offer with live music for a good part of the year and where the nightlife pubs and discos. Mojácar Pueblo: The historic heart of Mojacar is located on top of a hill at the foot of the Sierra Cabrera mountains. It retains its historic charm with whitewashed Moorish-style houses, flower-filled balconies and narrow, labyrinthine streets. In addition, it is crowned by a castle dating back to the 15th century and offering spectacular views of the coast and the surrounding area.
