PERO CASI<\/h3><p>Presentar una vivienda de forma adecuada al mercado y conforme a las tendencias actuales es (o debe ser) una tarea de obligado cumplimiento si quieres obtener el m\u00e1ximo rendimiento posible por tu casa. Antes de mostrarla a posibles compradores debe estar lo m\u00e1s recogida posible y con el menor n\u00famero de efectos personales y de car\u00e1cter privado a la vista. Muchas veces, el exceso de decoraci\u00f3n o mobiliario puede conducir a la sensaci\u00f3n de que los espacios son m\u00e1s reducidos de tama\u00f1o de lo que realmente son. Igualmente, el posible comprador necesita ver una casa despejada para poder visualizarla conforme a su imaginario, sin elementos que le distraigan del objetivo primordial que es poder valorar el inmueble en su conjunto.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3>PRESUME DE CASA<\/h3><p>Un reportaje fotogr\u00e1fico de una vivienda completamente cargada de elementos decorativos (innecesarios para la venta del inmueble) suele resultar contraproducente en la mayor\u00eda de los casos. Hoy en d\u00eda el mercado inmobiliario, como muchos otros mercados, capta la atenci\u00f3n de sus clientes, fundamentalmente, a trav\u00e9s de diversas plataformas o portales de internet. En estas plataformas son dos las v\u00edas principales para captar la atenci\u00f3n de los clientes: o bien el precio es lo suficientemente atractivo como para que los posibles interesados fijen su atenci\u00f3n en el producto, o bien se detienen en el anuncio de un piso o casa cuyas fotograf\u00edas le han llamado la atenci\u00f3n por su decoraci\u00f3n, color o composici\u00f3n fotogr\u00e1fica. Cuanto mayor sea el impacto visual del reportaje mayor ser\u00e1, tambi\u00e9n, la respuesta de los interesados.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3 style=\"font-family: lazo, sans-serif;\">UN PEQUE\u00d1O ESFUERZO, UNA GRAN RECOMPENSA<\/h3><p>Por supuesto, sabemos que puede suponer un esfuerzo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.20minutos.es\/noticia\/3143803\/0\/orden-hogar-vivienda-vender\/\">recoger u ocultar todos esos recuerdos<\/a> que est\u00e1n por las estanter\u00edas, paredes y mesitas, pero ese trabajo luego traer\u00e1 recompensas tales como una mayor respuesta por parte de los clientes traduci\u00e9ndose, al mismo tiempo, en un mayor n\u00famero de visitas y, por ende, aumentando las probabilidades de \u00e9xito sobre la venta.
